Lisa Jenkins is giving sole traders the chance to 'rent a marketing director'.

She's offering tailor-made services to help small firms grow.

Lisa, from South Wales, told icWales:

"I will be offering marketing skills and business development advice to companies who need input at director level, but who do not have the resources to employ someone at this level on a permanent basis.

"Many small companies miss out on the financial rewards that come with an enhanced profile because they cannot justify the expense of taking on another top-level employee."
