Playing the family card
A family name and image is helping a dairy firm reap rewards.
Scottish firm Graham's Dairies is still a family-run business, operating from the family farm - but it has a £28 million turnover.
The company has won a contract to supply milk to supermarket Waitrose, which is opening its first stores in Scotland.
Graham's butter - and business cards - show a picture of Robert Graham Junior as a young boy, hugging a pair of lambs.
He told The Scotsman:
"I don't think some customers realised that we were a family business. We wanted the rebranding to remind them of that, and the fact that we are involved in the business from breeding the cows to the finished product."
