Entrepreneur's £12.5 million float
A man who sold his house and moved in with his mum so he could start his business will net £12.5 million when his company floats on the Alternative Investment Market (AIM).
But it's been a long wait for Peter Worthington, who is now 70. He set up air conditioning firm Worthington Nicholls in 1973.
The company is now Britain's biggest independent installer of air-conditioning and ventilation systems.
The family will retain a 42% stake in the company after the flotation, The Times reported.
