Watch out for 'spam' words
Businesses could be labelled 'spammers' if they send out legitimate e-mails that contain certain trigger words.
If firms want their messages to reach the recipient, they'd be well-advised to avoid 'percent', 'sincerely', 'statements', 'urgent' and 'warehouse', according to E-mail Reaction.
The e-mail technology company reckons these are the top words highlighted by spam filters, and if the wrong words are used, messages could be caught in the trap, along with that day's share of scams from Nigeria - named as the biggest spamming nation.
