The West Midlands MEP has won the title of Small Business Friendly MP/MEP in a poll organised by the Forum of Private Business (FPB).

It's the first year the award has been granted. It recognises "outstanding efforts" made by a politician to represent the needs of small businesses. FPB chairman Len Collinson said:

"Malcolm was nominated for his work on both a regional and European stage, and we congratulate him on his success."
