Sole traders will be snapped up
Financial advisers who operate as one-man bands had better start thinking about a career change, according to the boss of one of the big companies in the sector.
Andrew Fisher, of JS&P (and formerly the chief executive of posh bank Coutts), reckons there'll only be a couple of big financial advisers operating within the next few years. He says the big fish will snap up the small ones, or sole traders will go under because they can't get hold of all the information that clients now need.
