Bid to promote fish
It's not happening until October, but retailers and caterers are already being urged to start thinking about Seafood Week.
The week is organised by the Sea Fish Authority, which is trying to persuade more people to eat fish twice a week.
The message is going out to fishmongers, fish and chip shops and cafés.
Sea Fish Authority chief executive John Rutherford said:
"We are urging everyone in the industry to get behind our new Twice a Week campaign and help show how easy seafood is to cook and make the event a bigger success than ever before.�
